You can sell gold coins and gold bars at Hillcroft Gold Buyers, 2900 Hillcroft Ave, Houston, TX 77057. We buy American Gold Eagles, other bullion coins, gold bars, and silver coins, and we pay same-day cash after you accept an in-store offer.
Coins we see most often
American Gold Eagles, American Silver Eagles, Canadian Maple Leafs, and South African Krugerrands are routine. So is pre-1965 U.S. silver coinage. A common bullion coin is priced from metal content and the market. A scarcer date or a certified coin can be worth more than melt, and we will say which way we are pricing it.
One coin is enough. You do not need a full tube, and you do not need the original box. Capsules and assay cards make the review faster when you have them.
Gold bars and rounds
Bars and rounds from recognized mints are welcome, including small bars and larger pieces. If the card or package is gone, bring the bar anyway. We review it in the store. We do not buy from photos alone, and we do not run a mail-in program.
Keep coins and jewelry in separate bags if you can. We will separate them at the counter either way and explain each part of the offer.
What not to expect
A buyer is not a retail dealer selling you new Eagles, and a cash offer is not the price you would pay to buy the same coin in a shop. You are selling into the bid side of the market. Ask to see how the coin is being treated, then decide.
